I grew up in Cape Town and spent nearly twenty years in logistics and operations, most of them in the UK, making sure things turned up where and when they should.
Now I live in Elche, in Spain, with my family, and I do the same for small businesses across the UK and Europe. I find the work that only moves when you push it, and I rebuild it so it keeps moving on its own.
Before I start, we agree in writing exactly what you’ll get. And I work alongside my partner Alina, who built and ran her own steel trading company for over a decade.

Fair questions.
Do I need to be good with tech?
No. You tell me how things run now and I do the building. You get it back with simple written steps, and we try it together on a live job before you take over.
Will I have to learn new software?
Usually not. I work with the tools you already use and get them passing work to each other, so there’s nothing new to babysit.
Do I lose control of anything?
No. Anything that needs your judgement still comes to you, ready to check. You just stop doing the gathering and the chasing.
What if something breaks?
For 14 days after handover I’m on hand for questions and tweaks. If anything I built breaks in the first 30 days, I fix it at no cost.
How long does it take?
The plan arrives within 72 hours of our call. The rebuild takes a week.
What does it cost?
The two-minute check and the first chat are free. The plan is €450. A rebuild starts at €2,500, and most come in between €2,500 and €4,500, depending on how much is involved. If you go ahead within 30 days of the plan, the €450 comes off.
Is this right for my business?
If your business already works and leans on you too much, yes. If you’re starting from scratch, with nothing running yet, it’s too early, and I’ll tell you so.
